After choosing Brandon to paint the house he brought in a contractor to finish a botched stucco job on the front of our house. The contractor also repaired the stucco for the entire house in preparation for painting. The quality of work was excellent and after being painted you could not tell the difference between the old stucco and new. Great job. The stucco work was included in the entire cost of painting the house.

Brandon was very nice on the phone and showed up on time to give me an estimate. He explained all my options and made a few recommendations to solve my problem that I had with the sprinklers damaging the stucco on the side of my house. I took his recommendation to use the elastomeric waterproofing paint on the stucco. His crew was really professional and actually showed up on time every morning ready to work. They power washed, sealed all windows, and repaired all damaged stucco. They primed the entire house prior to the elastomeric and repainted all doors and gates. Wow. Emailed request for estimate; Brandon returned email, called, and came out the next day. He described my options, made recommendations, and gave me an estimate before leaving, I had his emailed bid the next morning. His men were thorough, professional, responsive and responsible. The quality of work is excellent. They arrived exactly on time; Brandon accompanied his three painters to make sure they were set up for the job and had all the equipment and supplies needed. The painters were friendly, courteous, and professional and worked steadily for nearly 10 hours, with a very short lunch break, to complete the job in one day as promised. They had to remove blinds in all windows and four cornice boards, and replace them when the painting was finished. Paint lines are perfect with no paint on woodwork or built-in cabinets. Their clean-up was perfect with every piece of furniture back in it's proper place and no spills. The quality of paint that Brandon recommended is excellent with perfect coverage; it was in a color darker than the original all-white walls. I would definitely recommend Brandon Jhun Painting and would use them again myself.
